Former Employee – worked at Ncaa as an intern for more than a year
Pros – Good about promoting from within. Everyone is friendly and you have many former athletes working there. A competitive environment but overall is a good place to work. Also Indy is a relatively cheap place to live.
Cons – A lot of meetings at the NCAA and it is really part of their culture. Many things could probably be decided without meetings but that is how things are done there.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Ncaa full-time
Pros – It's college sports - and the potential to impact student-athletes in a positive way.
Cons – The organization was once a great place to work. But it's downright depressing these days, as people are leaving in droves. There is no leadership, no vision. And the work of the staff is under-appreciated by management.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit reorganizing departments and focus on providing value to the membership.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
