Pros – OK company to start your career in pharma domain and in the North area of India in good surroundngs of Chandigarh
Cons – Rate of career growth can be slow and learning may take longer times as managers change and new products come in slower

Pros – self manufacturing & world's largest api (active pharmaceuticals ingredient) us FDA approved 11 units,state-of-art. having worldwide presence in 65 countries. Worl'd largest menthol manufacturing unit at chandigarh.
Cons – MANAGEMENT HAS NO CLEAR STRATEGY TO BE CALL AS STRONG IN TERMS OF PUTTING / GETTING DESIRED FIELD SALES RUPPE VALUE OUTCOME.
Advice to Senior Management – DESIGN RESULT ORIENTED STRATEGY PRODUCTWISE EACH MONTH & TIMELY DESPATCH THE SAME TO EACH TEAM MEMBER H.Q WISE.
