    I worked at Nelsen Partners

    Pros

Henrich Interiors is run by a very knowledgable and experienced interior designer. A lot of responsibility is given to you, allowing you to learn a lot in a short period of time.

    Cons

No appreciation is shown for your hard work and efforts. Like any other design firm, there were plenty of overtime hours that were unpaid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership at Henrich Interiors is a bit harsh, causing the employees to become hesitant about approaching the head with issues and concerns.

I have been working at Nelsen Partners

    Pros

    its a pay check !

    Cons

too many to list, but here are a couple
    1. Micro management
    2. No ability to advance in the company
    3. VERY poor culture
    4. Poor salary structure

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

great design, but bad management practices. Principals should take a couple classes in management. Principals either have no clue how to manage people or don't care.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
