    Pros

Good and quality company, poised to grow, friendly relationship, open to new ideas. Truly global company with exposure to offices in USA, Canada, Japan, China, Russia and Thailand. Well managed and thought.

    Cons

Market value low due to stock market. Challenging and very competitive market. That's not bad, as who joins now would get low stock price.

    Advice to Management

    Increase stock price value!

    Pros

Most managers and empolyees are friendly. There are several groups of employees that work well together and are productive. Most people do not work long hours. The end of the year parties are very nicely done.

    Cons

There are too many meetings. The meetings are not structured to be productive. Most of the managers spend the day from one meeting to the next and the worst part is that the meetings are information meetings with few or no action items. The entire management team really need to take leadership and time management classes. The place is also very political for such a small company.

    Advice to Management

The VP and director level management are by far one of the worst I have seen in many years. Most of the directors have little or no experience in management. There are little or no role models for the directors to learn from.

    Pros

Good competitive products, extensive international presence and team, paid incentives, comissions & bonuses, flexible working conditions (from remote contractor to full time employment).

    Cons

Limited number of products, Chinese oriented & driven management.
