I have been working at Neocase Software full-time

    Pros

The pay is decent and you can work remotely.

    Cons

There is absolutely no support. Tasks are given with no training, instructions or direction and when unable to complete the task or the task isn't to management's liking you will get talked down in front of other employees and clients. The hours are also long. Working 12 hours almost everyday is pretty normal. The company lacks proper management and is run very poorly. I would not recommend working here.

    Advice to Management

Providing actual training to employees would be extremely helpful.

    Pros

Coworkers are nice. Benefits are decent.

    Cons

The biggest challenge of working here is the lack of competent managers. You will be given a task with minimal information on how to achieve expected results. Management cannot be bothered to assist when asked to help, yet they take great pride in humiliating employees in team settings with clients present. We are required to work 12 hour days, 7 days a week at a minimum and there is zero compensation, recognition or acknowledgement for any hours above 40 per week. This is no doubt the most poorly run company I have yet to see.

    Advice to Management

Please consider learning to communicate what is needed or expected of employees.

This is probably the most poorly run company I have ever worked for

    Pros

A lot of Freedom to do whatever you want during your day.

    Cons

Management does not have a vision for the future of the company and there is little to no career growth. The company is positioned as a growing start up, however there has not been much growth and the company has been around for over 10 years. Management does not pay their employees on time or keep their commitments to their employees

    Advice to Management

Step aside and let new management who are competent take charge. Pay your employee's on time and do not make commitments to your employee's and then not follow through with them.
