Former Employee – worked at Neopost full-time
Pros – Can make some money at NAE position or above, Lots of freedom, Some nice people, Big territory, Good bonuses
Cons – Poor training, bad revenue splitting policies, lots of favortism, run like a "mom and pop" in a bad way, disconnect between corporate and dealer network, poor pricing support, management may ask you to be unethical, road warrior position, poor work/life balance, CRM cluttered/unorganized, and some reps will not hesitate to snake your accounts.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in employees, Do away with ASE position altogether, get rid of revenue/commission splits, pay commissions on time rather than on a 2 month delay, and have better communication between corporate and the dealer network.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Good benefits and flexiblilty in schedule.
Cons – Poor customer service. Poor invoicing and customer resolutions. Internal communicaiton is non existant. A lot of dead weight at the top. Wages are comparable to industry standards.
Advice to Senior Management – Follow thru with what your goals are. Have an open door policy. Respect and treat others like you would like to be treated.

Pros – International Company makes downturns in individual markets less likely to impact the overall company. Has considerable financial strength and a good reputation in the market, especially in Europe.
Cons – Serious lack of communication between business units. This often results in unit managers making decisions that benefit one unit but are detrimental to the rest of the company. Is old school with some senior employees unwilling to consider fresh approaches to the market.
Advice to Senior Management – Consider taking the best of Neopost (and now absorbed Hasler) and making a corporate culture that takes the lead away from Pitney Bowes rather than being satisfied with the crumbs from Pitney's table.

Current Employee – been working at Neopost
Pros – -Good money if you are selling
-Good benefits
Cons – -Terrible leadership
-No training, or extremely inadequate training
-Poor management
-Unstable market (currently)
Advice to Senior Management – Sales people are not motivated by intimidation techniques, they need positive feedback and encouragement. If a company treats you right you will want to work for them and the turnover rate will drastically reduce.

Former Employee – worked at Neopost
Pros – The salary given is pretty competitive within the market however it is very difficult to get raises or move to another level. The job description are vague and often unattainable. There isn't any "individual" consideration made when looking at performance. It is all based on a "territory" and there isn't any consideration for the different variables that are presented every day

Advice to Senior Management – Take more time to evaluate your employees, not your employee #'s. These people are not some kind of calculation that was decided upon. Each person has skills and attributes that they bring to the team. Pay attention to those details

Pros – Neopost has a really fun culture and treats all employees with resepect. The Senior Management has a good vision for the company and explains that vision to all workers. I think they really care about the people they have working for them. Even though salaries are not the best, Neopost knows the importance of family life and promotes all employees to have a good work life balance.
Cons – They need to put more focus on training new employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to spend more time matching the right people to jobs

Current Employee – been working at Neopost
Pros – Excellent product and great President, most people make the environment great. The endeavour to offer their staff growth through projects and amazing intention of engagement.
Cons – Some tenured members are mean and embarass the companies integrity. Heavy on the mid range managment staff, the majority are women with critical senior roles only held by men. No real growth opportunity is expected.
Advice to Senior Management – A correction should be made at the executive level and far more accountibility is required at that level. An improvement in positive communication should be established. Improve pay scale to your existing talent. Hire a female senior executive.
