    Pros

The medical and dental insurance are excellent and work well for me. The 401k is fantastic and the company match is steady at .50 cents on the dollar. Also the 401k is 100% vested immediately. This is unheard of! Local management is fair and consistent in customers service. Regular commination form corporate keeps the employees information. The Call Center was just moved to a brand new building with new cubes and furniture, excellent place to work!

    Cons

Employees that don't appreciate the great benefits.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, local management is excellent.

    Pros

Friendly culture, accepting and good corporate values. The pay is fair and management is overall pretty good.

    Cons

With any large company comes the politics and slowness of creating change. Red tape to get some things done and some careful politics to navigate.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your employees, maybe think about skip level meetings on a more frequent basis.

    Pros

There is a strong focus on customer satisfaction for all positions, which most employees embrace and work very hard at.

    Cons

Upper management has a distinct disconnect to functions outside of sales. There is little opportunity for advancement or a variety of positions for employees to move in to.

    Advice to Management

Create a strong culture of caring through communication to all levels on a one to one basis, not just from e-mail. Get to know the challenges of the various levels before making changes that impact the organization.

    Pros

The company has great benefits and quality products. The company is trying to make transition to digital age but it is difficult.

    Cons

The customer base of 'mail users' is disappearing so it is impossible to achieve sales quotas. Typical payout strategy where 10% of Reps make 70% of bonus.

    Advice to Management

Good luck on product transition to software. Maybe less sales Reps in the field with Telemarketers selling the smaller equipment makes more sense.

    Pros

    *Almost every day was different
*Got to see all sorts of new and different places
*Company car with a gas card
    *Stable, secure job
    *Company cell phone and laptop
    *Vacation time
    *Commission on supply sales
*Office closed for many snow days and still paid employees

    Cons

    *Lack of advancement opportunity
*Service team is always short-handed and stretched thin
*Laid off several technicians in the past few years and did not replace them
*Salary is okay but not what it should be
*Annual raises are a joke (1-2%)
*Management doesn't care how the techs feel
*Too much windshield time (driving) due to techs covering large territories

    Advice to Management

Start thinking more about how your employees feel and less about the bottom line. People have feelings, needs, wants, and limits. Stop stretching people so thin. Sure, people will find a way to get their work done in a reasonable amount of time, but there's a lot of stress and physical damage involved. Layoffs are bad for morale. Stop letting people go when the team is already small.

    Pros

Great group of piers to work with.

    Cons

Extremely stiff and uneducated management team. They operate very old school. The after sales people ie; customer service and service reps are horrible. Customers have a problem and can't get through on phone or by email so they call sales team to fix and really cuts into the day when your trying to sell and you have to fix their technical or billing issues.
