Pros
Some of the best years of my career.
- Great benefits: Haven't had better since.
- Great people: I had an excellent manager to start
- Great place to learn: Ness allowed me to branch out and learn new things
- Great work-life balance
- Very supportive during family emergencies
- Raises and reviews were fair

limited growth in my field
questionable re-organization at times

1) Good salery if u can bargain.
2) Always the company will be at the center of the city
3) Manager n TL's never interfere with your work

1) company is completely maneger centric.
2) If ou are not in the good books with manager,your life will be hell.
3) They will keep you until you will billable, once there are project is over, they can fire u like anything, even without notice period.

Try to be employee freindly, because it's bcoz of your employees, u guys are getting revenues...

very minimal communication from management in terms of career growth.

Expectations are very low and also staff quality
Like many other consulting companies employees does not have to stoop much before the clients

Salary depends on your arm twisting skills
Upper management though knows about politics keep mum
You cannot believe any thing told by management
Have no plans to grow people or give them new skills
No useful feedback is given to people.
