Advice to Senior Management
different treatment for various accounts should be avoided
Pros
Pay scale is higher than other companies.
Its a good place for performers since there is a 1-1 relationship between clients and employees.
Their business model is different and fun to work in.
They offer good onsite opportunities.
Easy to talk to higher management.
Cons
Even if you do a good job, appreciation, often, is only given in words.
Older people who have been in company for a long time are given precedence and preference over younger newer employees while giving awards/appreciations regardless of the work being done.
Advice to Senior Management
Take care of newer employees with new ideas by giving them a chance and appreciating their efforts rather than sticking to old ways and old employees only
