    Worst Company

QA Engineer (Current Employee) Pittsburgh, PA

ProsNO clients, so does not know how the resource is goign to sustain. If you are sustaining, it is really good luck for you.

ConsNo work life balance. And none cares. If you report or ask the suggestion of the management also, they simply tell , that you urself have to overcome the hurdles. We wonot even speak with the client. And i would say the words told to me (If you want , you get away or if u want to stay, U cry and u face the probelms and by crying you can stay) and one more good sentence i got was: If it goes on like this, you will get habituated to this bad environment and u can get used to it..and why do u want to enjoy ur personnel life, forget about ur personnel life......

Advice to Senior Managementhahha. good joke, We only can be managers. When managers wonot like to interfer and help us when the resources are in problem, what is the use of the management(I would like to tell one good example: When other vendors are also facing the problem, the respective manager of other vendor use to come and involve in the meeting and protect their respective vendors, but from NESS, I could not even image in a dream about this type of support from the managers)..
