    Pros

Sorry , could not even get a Single to write. But can tell for the Freshers, It is a good Company for the persons who completed their MS and they trust if you keep 10 Yrs as experience because they want the persons with LOW SALARY. So it is good for the FAKE Professionals

    Cons

No Work Life Balance, and No personal growth and No Knowledge Transfer(KT) also for the Project which you are signed. They really does not know what is meant by KT. From the Management, when I asked about the KT, they laughed at me and asked me WHAT IS KT. WE REALLY NEVER FOLLOW THIS. hahah so it is a BRAND and BIG COMPANY

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hahha, There is no Management which will involve in your daily activities. And you will just know their names but never interact with them or they really don't care for the Employees

I have been working at Ness Technologies full-time

    Pros

Nothing that comes to my mind better to work as a consultant and get paid more.

    Cons

    1) No salary increment in years
    2) If you ask for salary increment you get an answer that management is trying to get more billing from client which never happens
    3) No new clients
    4) Delivery and marketing team is busy conducting internal meetings rather than focusing on selling more to get more buisness
    5) Nothing is right

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on employees and salary revisions even big companies are getting it losing an skilled trained employee is loss of business as in software a company's employee success is more business and more clients.

I have been working at Ness Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work environment, global experience, a handful of really talented and passionate individuals

    Cons

Management at every level. The board made a number of awful choices, as did each business unit management team. The company is falling apart because of these choices and the result is the valuation of the business units. The investors are selling chunks of the business off for a fraction of what they were worth just a few short years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Still more house cleaning to do.
