    Pros

Satisfied with the policies and attitude of the management towards employees in general.

    Cons

Althought I feel that the management mostly tries to take care of individual benefits and career goals but due to lack of communication these sometimes doesn't reach the employees concerned. The communication process between tiers is poor. Information doesn't flow. Lack of new projects (probably because of not so impressive pre-sales).

    Advice to Management

Please pay attention to the verticle communication process within the company. People at some postions are completely unaware of the things in store for them even in near future.

They have not best vaccations for H1 migrants.

    Advice to Management

They should sponsor 1 vaccation travel for immigrants to their home country once in year or at least for 1st year.

    Pros

Very encougaing environment and good people to work with both in peer and management level. They tend to be working along with customer's project team which helps in maintaining the customer relationship

    Cons

Employee Salary is not very encouraging especially for people who come from offshore. Management should keep in touch with all of their customers how small revenue contribution they do.

    Advice to Management

Need to be employee focus while being customer and business focus too. Bascially balance between internal and external demands to establish the company in the market as a best company "to work for" and "work with"
