Former Employee – worked at Nestlé full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – conservative but at the same time liberal, always showing respectful behavior, process oriented and driven therefor a structured way of working
Cons – Sometimes too conservative, too structured, sort of "over organized"
Advice to Senior Management – I admire the way the business principles are lived. They are not just written on a few pieces of paper but they are filled with live. A companies image lives with the behavior of their employees and this behavior is an unbeatable one at Nestlé.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Nestlé as an intern for more than 7 years
Pros – Company do sent staffs for trainings
Cons – Political and Favoritism. If your manager do not like you, do not expect any increment even if you work for upteen years and acheived your targets
Its like, If I like you, even if you do not do your work, you will still get an increment ..
Annual apprasial is also very bad
. Nothing good is going inside the apprasial.
Just wanted HR to see that you are no good at all.
But for those who work very hard , and if your manager don't like you, just believe , you re transparent to them.
There are no communications ,and you do not even know what is happening within your own department.
Manager just sits in the office doing nothing , just waiting to go for lunch and time to go home.
Why do Nestle maintain this kind of people and they are getting a high salary doing nothing while we work our like a cow , but being paid peanuts
Please , go and check
i hope that something is to be done on this kind of managers.
They are more then parasite.
Advice to Senior Management – Please go to branches and check quitely.
Try and ask about what is happening to each managers
Are they working or are they siiting ducks.
Do they visit thier own territories?
Some never even go to their areas of concern.
Top management should be more accessible and look beyond the managers.
Managers are the ones who goes for meetings and what they says , no one else knows?
Is this the way Nestle works?
There are no communications at all . just emails and SMS.
Please go and check
This is a very good company , but some managers are parasite.
