    PTO accrues quickly throughout the year. You can also pull PTO up from later in the same year if needed.

    Cons

    It is hard to schedule PTO due to the limited coverage.

    Good pay .good benefits and I really like the people that work there. I also like the product there.

    Cons

    The cleaning crew could do a better job of sanitizing the place. Also the maintenance crews were slack at their jobs.

    2 stars, because money was good at 55-65k.

    Cons

    Poor culture, poor executive management and hard work at a 52 hours min Driving ALOT, unloading truck ALOT, pushing in huge loads 500+pounds into stores. Management and employees would be out on leave because of the hard labor. No profess-development, change in pay twice a year, management change alot, nothing was consistent or professional. Organizational behavior was poor. Linkedin past employees before working here. Good luck.

    Advice to Management

    Middle management was also in a tough spot, my advice would be to leave and work for NESTLE corp like everyone else has.

    Pay way above average for my area. Great benefits.

    Employees don't feel appreciated. Leadership roles are degree based instead of experience. based.

    You have a large talent pool already working for you. Promote from within and train leaders your way as much as possible.
