Pros – Good organization, very high quality (and quantity!) of services for employees. You can easily have a great career in Nestlé.

Cons – Lack of international possibilities, lack of program for Undergraduate profile.

Pros – close collaboration with many functions, meeting so many people, learning opportunities

Cons – very hierarchical, great ideas from the centre have poor deployment plan to end users , who cry, do not know what to do.

Advice to Senior Management – to reanalyze longer assignments then average 3 years - tradition? , so that people have a chance to really improve things in their place, not think about the next move shortly after they started....

Cons – Could offer more competitive salaries.

Pros – By far, the people are the greatest asset at Nestlé but compensation, benefits, and perks are impressive. Glendale HQ offers a gym and a company store.

Cons – Career growth opportunities are very limited, being a "flat organization". So, there is a good chance that you may be in the same role for several years; unless you are one of the fortunate few that get onto the "Fast Track" coming out of college.

Pros – conservative but at the same time liberal, always showing respectful behavior, process oriented and driven therefor a structured way of working

Cons – Sometimes too conservative, too structured, sort of "over organized"

Advice to Senior Management – I admire the way the business principles are lived. They are not just written on a few pieces of paper but they are filled with live. A companies image lives with the behavior of their employees and this behavior is an unbeatable one at Nestlé.

Pros – The IT team was very relaxed and a strong team dynamic was encouraged by the manager which created a great environment for knowledge sharing.
