    Pros

The culture is one of collaboration, team work and respect. People are passionate about doing what is in the best interest of the employees and the company. There is a lot of change which creates a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys continuous learning. :Leadership has realistic time frames as to when change needs to occur. I think this will keep them steady for the course. Work-life balance has been a nice change. Great Company and really great people!

    Cons

There is one opportunity that I feel needs calling out, and that is the architecture and support for the technical infrastructure. It is a very complex environment that impact what you are trying to accomplish. This is something they are working on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep embracing change and focusing on your employees. Success will continue.

    Pros

The people are wonderful for the most part. The workplace is very laid back. The flexibility is great if you need to leave the office for an appointment. There is a company store where we can get discounted products which is a nice benefit.

    Cons

More work is given then a person can do in a day if they don't take short cuts to get things done. Morale has become so poor that only the people who have invested in too much time are sticking it out most others are looking to leave at the first viable opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value the folks who have stuck around as they are the ones holding the place together. Temps and young new grads are the ones who put in their year and a half and then take off once a better opportunity comes around.

    Cons

Current Employee - Warehouse Team Member in Breinigsville, PA

    Pros

Decent pay, good benefits. Employee store. No need to worry about layoff at warehouse level. Productivity bonus system.

    Cons

Long hours, lost of mandatory overtime including work on scheduled day(s) off. Little to no communication from upper management. Short notice on hours needed to work. Work-life balance is horrible. The company says they are a family company but they expect themselves to come first at all times. Boys club. Not what you do but who your friends with will get you ahead. Dayshift personnel run the place. Upper management won't listen to anybody on off shifts. Bring in work that's isn't NUSA (nestle waters) that causes an extreme amount of overtime causing employees to fall behind on their normal NUSA work. When there are shift "parties" upper management usually has zero contact with anybody. Will serve food and leave soon after. Company needs to change up the "old guard" system. Company not truthful to new hires. Bring them onboard by telling them we work minivans overtime and no extra days. No advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to more than just dayshift employees. Communicate more. Cut down on the mandatory hours.

    Cons

The company is outsourcing most of the business support functions. We are consultants/contractors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As contractor/consultant you are most likely stuck with your current position.

    Pros

    the pay, experience good benenfits

    Cons

nestle is a very nice palce to work and live, because you actually live there too. Horrible work life balance. Forced to work every weekend because we were runing out of chocolate or buring peanut butter. horrile upper managment and there is noting humane about the human resources department. The Franklin park facility wont be their much longer because human resources act as prison wardens instead of generalist. To busy ceckin employee pockets instead of making chocolate.

    Pros

    Pay was ok. Benefits good.

    Cons

No career opportunities. No chance for a promotion to a higher position for employees that actually are successful in their current capacity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit tossing aside hard working, competent employees for idiots. Also, consider truly practicing diversity and make promoting from within a priority and available to women and minorities without back-dooring a buddy into a position of management.
