    Please rethink the yearly review plan- those who are performing at the 70th percentile should not fall in the same rating as those at the 20th percentile...

    Pros

    In my time @ Nestlé, the management model was if one treats an employee well the company will naturally do well from the motivation within. They did treat employees well (from what I observed in 5 years and they continued to do well in the public opinion market.

    Cons

    Somehow enhance opportunities for advancement of those in office support positions

    Great Benefits Pension, 401K, Company car, PTO, Bonus

    Cons

    Still silos between division which impacts making the right decision sometimes.
    Five supervisors in less than 5 years led to focus & priorities always changing. Most of time spent figuring out what new supervisor wanted.

    Merge all divisions together and really leverage the size & scale of all divisions.
