    Pros

Very friendly with a team goal. The training was super and the training staff was very helpfu, kind and supportive .

    Cons

VERY demanding customers. The summer schedule was very long. The pay rate wasn't the best for the workload of the position.

    Advice to Management

Loved the job. I would accept the opportunity to work for them again. Upper Management was very helpful and supportive.

I worked at Nestlé Waters North America (Less than a year)

    Pros

They offer good discounts to customers with issues, and great discounts to employee as well

    Cons

They offer you a shift then bounce you around not a set shift, and hoover over you for up selling

    Advice to Management

Get experience Managers with people skills and when you hire someone for a shift don't bounce them around, we do have families

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Clean Plant, Great Team work from plant workers, Great pay, good benefits, free water, 12 hour shifts, long breaks, Overtime available, safety first is a priority, Could be a great place to retire.

    Cons

Management likes to hear their own voices, they make promises but no follow through, if you say were going to see more of you as an active participant, then be there. No chance to advance unless you know someone (4 management staff live on the very same street in another town) Night shift resource takes things personal and uses it to work employees extremely hard, We've watched them recently work this poor lady until she's exhausted multiple times, we've reported it but they don't care. she has lost the respect of the very people they are hired to lead and even thier own peers. They come out of their office at start of shift and at end of shift and nothing they say is ever positive. Low moral..Human resource person makes a lot of mistakes, no consequences, we make a mistake we get points, 8 points and were out! It should be across the board for Management also. Point system should be open to earning points back. Very low moral here.

    Advice to Management

Allow for points to be removed though continuous improvement, volunteer overtime or going above and beyond. An undercover boss would be an eye opener here. Corporate involvement in the career opportunities and advancements would help eliminate the buddy system.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, and health benefits. Performance bonuses. Uniforms provided. A paycheck that you receive bi weekly. Raises almost every year

    Cons

This company is not built to provide employees with any long term permanent placement as Management has lost their human element. During the winter months or when management gets some heat they start firing people. I have worked here 4 years once I reach 5 (if they don't fire me too) I will quit so I can keep my 401k. They will work you to death in the summer and cut you down to below full time hours in the winter. Very stressful work environment. I have had many heat strokes working here as the warehouse is not air conditioned. Lots of back stabbing as management is always trying to climb to the top even if they have to lie to get there.

    Advice to Management

Hire and maintain your staff. You can not expect us to perform without proper work, life balance. Take responsibility for your wrongs and stop passing the problem to us. It would be great to enjoy coming to work one day.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters North America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to work overtime, long hours, if you needed it. Okay pay

    Cons

Not so good management. You work your life off, and you dont get appreciated or motivated. The management, human resource, etc only care about themselves. A work that is supposed to be done by 5 people is done by 1 person. Too stressful work environment. No good benefit for employees. If you are ready to work a slavery work life, overtime, etc, then this is the place for you. Schedules is being shifted, rotated anyhow without advance notice. No chance for advancement

    Advice to Management

Motivate/Appreciate your employees, employ more people, Do not only spend the companys money to buy food all the time..work on the growth of the company, beginning from employees because employees make the company not you. More benefits for employees
