    I worked at Nestlé Waters

    Pros

Great benefits, flexible schedule, good pay including quarterly bonus. 401k plus profit share.

    Cons

Poor leadership with very high micromanagement. Excessive and unnecessary meetings during the week. The disconnect between the sales and operataional team is fractured, which makes it difficult to provide consistent products and services to the prospective customer base. The company is experiencing high turnover due to impossible sales goals and low base pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase the base for incoming sales reps. Get with the 21st Century. It's amazing how a company as large as Nestlé can't seem to get their sales reps the newest technology to do their job (no tablets, no smartphones, very minimal gas reimbursement, etc).

    Pros

Fast start, quick access to cash flow and transportation. Some good people who try to make a positive impact. Time flexibility.

    Cons

Long hours, poor scheduling resulting in many wasted hours for near no pay. A lot of nepotism, a lot of arbitrary decisions by local management with little regard of negative effects on workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

New blood is needed to eliminate the cliquish office culture.

I have been working at Nestlé Waters full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits with freedom to balance personal life

    Cons

Tendency to have an obligation to be "on" at all times even during vacation. "Fire drills" to make executive team look good fairly common. Tend to do projects that aren't utilized...some wasted time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be leaders and not part of a good old boy clan. Don't demand work for the sake of work. Let the employees use their talents accordingly.

    Pros

There are no pros, it is a stop-gap job!

    Cons

Horrible company! Why are they turning over and always hiring people?...the last 8 years here in NEast Pa, they are always hiring, everyone knows they treat people horrible, no training, allow employees to argue and fight amongst themselves....they are like every other American Co. now.....clue-less managers who are in constant fear of losing their jobs, so in turn, that trickles down.....horrible, what a joke Nestle is, could write a book.
