Advice to Senior Management
Improve HR processes in a hurry.

A personal situation handled poorly by line manager but does not reflect the rest of the organization.

Performance evaluation should go along with rewards
Pros
Good resources, high reputation, nice people. I can recommend Nestle to achieve good work-life balance. No unexpected up and down for the business and salary.
Cons
Food industry is not jet-corster business, which sometimes makes me boring. Nestle is so huge that the movement is not so speedy to enough excite and surprise the world.
Advice to Senior Management
People development and strong talent pool for enabling Nestle to maintain the strength with sustainability. Commitement to the result and cultural generasity should be the key for development.
Pros
It's place for the sharp minds. Vast potential to learn and develop yourself.ultimately it depends on you on what you do with your opportunities.
Cons
If you are in an underperforming department or business, your career can be easily killed. Some high level politicking at Regional levels often lead to selfish policies being formulated denying a lot of people of much needed opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Give opportunities to good people in small business units for cross functional experience instead of allowing them to leave out of frustration.
Pros
It is a very diverse organization and the focus of higher management in Switzerland is communicated to sales force.
Cons
It is a large corporation and it can be a challenge to understand the whole company.
Advice to Senior Management
Consistently focus on keeping employees aware of changes.
Pros
Good place to start your career. International company with big career oppertunities. Big challenges and always there are areas to show your abilities.
Cons
Not a best from point of view of salary and transparency in internal promotions and opportunities. People development is on medium level.

Not a best from point of view of salary and transparency in internal promotions and opportunities. People development is on medium level.
Pros
conditions are quite good if you are based in the head office however when in the field it is a totally different story.. Office staff are treated to massages at work, flu shots regular parties and activities on level 4..
Cons
The company has made a lot of people redundant over past three years leaving those still there very nervous about future careers .. especially those in route/impulse confec market where the stores once serviced by thirty or more people are no serviced by 9 or ten. in nsw. most states now have half if not less the amount of people with the same expecations..
Advice to Senior Management
suggest you simply talk to the staff let them know the long term agenda and dont let them burn out.. or perhaps thats the idea .. let em get disgruntled then you dont have to pay them out..
