    Pros

Great environment. Empowering with a focus on building up individuals and teams. Senior leadership is excellent and models strong, ethical and conscientious behaviour. They walk the talk and expect all employees to demonstrate those traits. Work life balance is fair and the flexible work arrangements really help. Great brands.

    Cons

Very process driven. Conservative culture. Innovation occurs more slowly and less frequently than some other organizations.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the long term investment in employees. Look for opportunities to simplify heavy processes to get leaner and accelerate projects.

    Pros

Good Hours, easy Work, Good Pay. Interview was easy enough, it was a good first job experience in my opinion.

    Cons

-Employees have no motivation, some of them were very rude In my opinion. Sometimes I wouldn't be given a break. There was no compensation or perks or benefits to working at this factory.

    Pros

    -Looks good on resume
    -Good cross functional team experience

    Cons

-No work-life balance. They are trying to do a lot with no resources
-Trying to run a health care business like a CPG business
-Management micromanages and does not trust its employees
-no cell phones provided unless in sales -but they expect you to have a personal one and to be used for company business

    Advice to Management

-support and empower your passionate employees , provide them with opportunities to develop and grow.
-Employees need to be stretched but think twice about what you expect employees to do - they have a life and families. Don't expect 80 hour work weeks - don't manage it like a sweat shop

    Pros

    Work/Family/Balance, benefits, Good product discounts

    Cons

-If you can play the political game and position yourself strategically, you have a chance of being recognized for a promotion
