Not so good not so bad

Process Development Engineer (Current Employee)
Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

I have been working at Nestle India full-time for more than a year

ProsNot too much work load. five days work and good work life balance. It has really big name in the industry. Provides good global exposure to almost all the employees. Good number of leaves and they can be planned and taken without much difficulty.

ConsNot much intellectually stimulating work. Boring work life most of the time. no value for the knowledge and education of the new comers and less experienced people. Trainees are given stupid work almost all the time and are given bad rating citing not performed upto the mark

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease value and respect the knowledge and educational qualifications of your employees. Give some good work to trainees so that they can learn and prove what they can do. Also stop being so beaurocratic. Please dont kill the innovation. The performance rating should be give based on performance, knowledge and potential not based to favoritism.
