I worked at Nestle India full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Offers lost of opportunity for personal growth and the leadership style particularly that I have seen by managers has been quite overwhelming. It also offers great work life balance and the fact that only management committee is provided a laptop really ensures that you switch off after you have left from work.

    Cons

The perks as such are not well matched with other FMCG companies. It is a very case by case basis.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR should be more open and has to interact more freely with employees. The perks should also be bench marked against similar roles in leading FMCGs

    Pros

The company pays good. Growth opportunities are present but it would be very slow as all the higher management team is over crowded with Moga factory employees.

    Cons

Training plan for new joinees in engineering is not well thought of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should recognize and encourage talent instead of just boot licking.

    Pros

Work-Life Balance, Good Peers, No Sales No Tension.... :)

    Cons

Salaries, Lack of Innovation, Due to Code issues your selling skills will get restricted, Managers lack exposure of outside working culture as they start their career from starting level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dear HR please find out ground reason for attrition in bottom level don't just believe managers (there's a reason for HR to believe them as they are working for 5-15yrs for Nestle)
