I have been working at Nestle Singapore full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Competitive salary package. Staff benefits for purchase of company products. An organisation that has specialised work functions for the different categories.

    Cons

A lot of problem especially in middle management level. Senior level does not bother what goes on at lower or middle level management as long as issues can be resolved at their levels without flagging upwards.
Individualistic organisation with no proper orientation for newly joined employees. Newly joined employees have to ask around to whoever who can help on how to do things and where to find information to get going on their daily stuffs.
Very political organisation with tons of group chats to ensure you contribute in one way or another, be it comments or just be seen in group chat. No contribution means you are considered "lazy".
People in the organisation cannot wait for newbies to "die" or see them "die". Lack of motivation exist among new staffs with no proper training or mentorship.
Different positions especially those in managerial roles who just joined are expected to perform in less than 2 months or else you fail badly in the eyes of certain management. A lot of backstabbing exists.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please walk the levels to ensure the newbies settled in properly or you are encouraging them to leave soon.
