Current Employee – been working at Net eSolutions

Pros – Competitive salaries in the DC region

Cons – Yearly review process is meaningless for creative talent. No opportunities for training, growth or knowledge sharing in the software development group.
Aggressive restrictions on non-work related IP. Personal time off policies are stuck in the 80s.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
