Great benefits, good overall company, great perks, great culture. I really like working for NetApp as a company, the culture here is great.

The company has grown rapidly over the past 10 years, as a result some incompetent managers have been promoted rapidly as well.

Advice to Senior Management

If you do not know what you are talking about. Its probably best to let someone that does talk instead.

Pros

Engineering managers will consider the subordinate opinions. Friendly teammates. Continent working hours. It is a flat organization, every person has an equal status though he is a TD or a fresher.

Cons

Employee salaries are less. It is less even for the people who stayed long time than who joined recently with the same experience.

Leadership in NetApp is good. But some are micromanaging and some are miser. There is less team outings, which brings down the productivity.
