Pros

Great admiration for the leadership in NetApp and voted number one for great place to work in 2009 by Fortune. It is a relatively small company with good products and solutions.

Cons

It is still a product company with great technologies. Services is never in the top priority though NetApp leadership understands it's importance.

Advice to Senior Management

Place more emphasis and investment on services. That is the only route that would allow the compnay to continue to sustain the long term business growth/profitability and maintain its margin. More focus on consulting and Professions Services to drive Sales and not Sales driving services business.
