Advice to Senior Management – Nothing

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – There are some people that are really nice. Nice cafeteria and break room.

Cons – The company is so big that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Also if you are low man on the totem pole you get dumped on, overworked, work really longs days, receive no thanks/appreciaton and end up doing other folks work for them while they get credit. If you come up with an idea, they grab and sell it as their own.

Advice to Senior Management – Allow your folks to think out of the box instead of punishing them for doing so.
