    Pros

    Great work environment. Friendly, professional people. Great work/life balance.

    Cons

    Benefits sagged over the last few years. Upper management cares more about the bottom line than their employees. Offshoring is more than just a trend with them - it's a mainstay. Beware.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Offshoring isn't always the best solution.
