Pros
Great people to work with and benefits were average, good technical knowledge of customer’s needs, and requirements to have a national presents.
Cons
Upper management did not know the level of customer care the call center provided to their customers before reducing workforce. No communications to the employees with where the company was headed.
Advice to Senior Management
. Review all current procedure’s to keep the level of customer care to highest satisfaction before making changes and know the daily duties of employee’s before making changes.
