    Management should have control on both direction.
    1)Higher to lower level
    3)Lower to higher level.

     Management is good when decision power is strong but there should not delay every time to take hard decision.Work allocation should be by mail communication in written. So,junior or new comer will safe from senior's verbal work allocation and senior will be control.
