    ProsSolid longtail device platform/solution. Ability to work from home. Decent benefits and salary.

    ConsReluctance to pay commissions properly, you will never receive what you would in a "normal" company as they make the comp plan highly subjective. Handcuffed Senior Management is ineffective at leading the sales and BD effort. Executive team is very reactive as they do not understand how to do business in the Enterprise. Seems to be a fluid roadmap with no runway to execute.

    Advice to Senior ManagementFigure out your place in the market and capitalize on it. Lose the paranoia and leverage your partners to enhance your value-you cannot be all things to all people. Figure out what the market sees as your value and price your service accordingly.

    Not a happy company

    Sales Director (Former Employee)

    ProsGood pay (be careful if you can achieve commissions though)
    Interesting fast moving market
    Very knowledgeable on mobile market

    ConsComp plan overblown, with unrealistic targets
    Limited competitive edge in the market, so difficult to justify premium pricing being charged
    Business doesn't understand nature of enterprise market, with long sales cycles and complex delivery
    Little understanding of lead generation - leaving it up to sales to cold call. Not an efficient way of using the salesforce, and kills the morale
    Constant layoffs - never know who is going next. Very reactive mgt
    Performance and security issues in technology that mgt turning a blind eye to

    Advice to Senior ManagementStabilise technology
    Build a solid and stable go to market plan - and then put in programs to support it (eg lead generation)
