    Pros

    Fast growing company with an aggressive culture. Management is mostly entrepreneurial, with a couple of very seasoned, solid executive management members.

    Cons

    The company is self-funded - no investment from external sources. This makes priorities critical. Still low-budget and shoe-string mentality in a high growth company. Getting bonus dollars is hard.

    Nothing out of norm for small company, e.g., competing priorities and...
    Employees own much more, e.g., of marketing, themselves than they would in a larger company (this in many ways a good thing - control destiny much more)

    Pros

    -Small teams allow for quick collaboration
    -Opportunity to work with an international team (India)

    Cons

    I had a really poor manager. He absolutely did not know how to optimize my talent and time. Many times I was asked to work on projects that would be thrown out upon finishing (and not for their quality). They absolutely have no plan for the future, no organizational methods are put into play, and they pick their favorites.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Figure out a plan for each team and put more effort into your company culture. Many people clocked in at 8 and out at 5 for a reason, some didn't show up at all.

    Pros

    Good Compensation Structure, Unique Sales Motion with great traction in the recent past, CIO's love the solution, Hands on sales management with good pre-sales support. Methodical & Operations driven

    Cons

    - Complex sales cycle which requires consultative selling skills to be able to be successful
    - Fast paced and innovative sales motion requires remote resources to put extra efforts to keep up with the corporate team
    - Can be a challenge for Reps outside the industry

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Please understand that a complex sales motion like yours requires people with good understanding of IT, Operations, Consultative skills to be able to position and pitch to the C level executives of an organization hence do not hire sales reps out side the industry as it make it tough for them to understand and perform
    - You need more than 1 sales kick off and training a year to make sure remote teams are aligned and can keep up with the innovations and enhancements in the sales motion

    significant opportunities to take on more responsibility as part of bigger roles
    agile company keen and focused on delivery high value services to enterprises

    Pros

    The salaries are ok. Strong initial commitment to helping employees be successful. Benefits start immediately, which helps with transition onto the team.

    Cons

    Poor treatment of reps, no solid sales support, complete lack of trust in sales management team, micro - managing, constant change in direction, lack of investment in sales, demeaning executive team, racial discrimination and horrible benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Let your directors do what you hired them to do. If you aren't going to trust them then you shouldn't have hired them. You managing everything doesn't scale.

    Pros

    Flat organization structure, freedom & accountability, no corporate politics, minimal supervision. Entrepreneurs at heart will have fun. Grow with the organization. Great technology, GTM and coworkers.

    Cons

    Fast-paced makes it tough at times for a good work-life balance. Unstructured management makes it tough for people who prefer to take orders or require constant coaching. Not the right place if you are used to working in traditional corporate culture and cannot adapt to a fast-paced culture - you cannot hide behind anything :-)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please understand that not everyone can match-exceed your pace. People have different needs at different times . A little more organizational structure, mentoring and HR processes will help transform the company to the next level.

    Competitive compensation, free benefits, flexible work schedule

    Cons

    language barriers, lack of compassion and empathy for internal and external customers, no set pay scale or annual review policy, If you don't work in India there is no room for advancement

    Employees work like Robots and don't use common sense, Teams need to be more proactive in order to eliminate multiple escalations and cancellations

    Very good company to explore our skill set,
    Scope to work on new technologies,
    Friendly environment,

    Cons

    Pathetic HR Process,
    Most worst Mid level management, and to be honest they are unfit for so called AVP's positions and they can be at the level of just average Managers.
    Blind confidence of the management on mid level management and losing focus on ground level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to focus on operations and employees concerns on mid level management to retain so much of talent pro actively. Better need to start looking for change on complete Mid level management.

    Pros

    1. Freshers are given opportunity to start a career
    2. Friendly environment - almost a flat organization
    3. Management understands you well, if you express what you want to become in life, and will support you towards it
    4. Not a body-shop. Believes in talent and capabilities of an individual.
    5. Offers dinner free of cost to all the employees in shift
    6. Compensation hikes are better than the industry standards, most of the times.
    7. Business growth is positive.

    Cons

    Management (a set of 3 people at its core), stick to their thought process and run the company they want.
    Very bad annual review process. You get a high rating, but not a hike.
     There is no cab service provided to employees.
     HR is not a function at all. It seems to be just a support function. It cant decide anything in the company, while the management has the control completely.
