Advice to Senior Management
management structure should be structured properly and interview process should be improved
Pros
Opportunities to chart your own growth through good performance. Firm offers considerable flexibility to employees seeking time off.
Cons
Only few employees get the opportunity to do great work.
Advice to Senior Management
Firm needs a more robust strategy and talent pool so that it can acquire larger client accounts and become a major player in its industry.
Pros
Quality projects, work life balance, employee friendly
Cons
not much scope for growth in long term
Advice to Senior Management
improve growth prospects for employees so that attrition reduces
Pros
Its very good place to learn new things and gain knowledge. Very open environment and lots of knowledge sharing. You can experiment new ideas here. Good place to begin your career. The positive is lot of meetings and discussion can happen but not much action on the items finalized so creates kind of negative outlook for someone who expects to see at least few results. New talent is encouraged but in the same way as what was happening earlier so people get bored quick
Cons
Lot of mediocrity, late decision or some times no decision making. too much importance on pleasing everyone which actually works counter productive. No real change being supported by management. Lot of attrition due to non performing HR division.
Advice to Senior Management
They should appreciate that other people in the organization are also competent and can contribute. A lot of senior team and that stuff doesn't actually help you to grow.
