    Pros

The best place to learn something exciting or Challenging yourself to do something amazing. If you have eager to prove yourself that you could be an amazing developer, designer or Manager, This is the place to test yourself. Good Salary, Benefits in terms of money, learning and relationships. Bonuses/Awards for the deserving people who can earn it. Not a place for losers.

    Cons

I have been working here for several years now but every day you learn something new here. Leadership has proven themselves. Tariq Farid who has proven himself a leader by leading a company which hit the $500M sales in one year. He is the man you can follow to learn the business and entrepreneur skills. Working with such a passionate person requires a desire deep inside to be a successful man.

I worked at Netsolace full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Very few to speak of. There's the chance to work with some good technology and some good people, but that's about it. Oh, and free fruit.

    Cons

The CEO fosters a backstabbing environment and pits employees against each other to see who rises to the top and rewards that behavior. Any attempts at a team mentality were squashed. Much work is outsourced, which makes consistency and cohesiveness difficult. The CEO micromanages when he feels like it and often changes his mind on major decisions, halting progress, and then blames employees for that lack of progress. Avoid this company.

Let your managers do their jobs.

I have been working at Netsolace full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There are no benefits for the employees to be very honest. The annual increment increment is really bad. Either men here don't know how to talk to women or are ill-mannered. Talking about your rights is like calling trouble for yourself. Late sittings are an appreciated culture and there is no reward or even compensation for it. High management is not professional and must be changed.

    Cons

There are no training arranged for the employees, the only way you can grow is afford more work burden and learn things yourself. As is said people are unprofessional and there is no grooming for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make your employees happy. I haven't met anybody here who is happy with the culture and the environment.

I have been working at Netsolace full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Very bright future of the company, the products being developed here are used all over the world in franchise industry. Those who are experienced are also transferred to the US office often. Once you join this company, there are a lot of chances of growth, you can become a manager soon by hard work. Netsolace rewards hard workers very well.

    Cons

It is a very fast paced environment and you have to stay updated to what is happening around all the time. No room for slacking. Hard work is the key to success.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please organize training programs for each department periodically. Currently the trainings are not very frequent. Thank you.

    Pros

    No pros at all.

    Cons

This is absolutely the worst place to work at. Worked there for 3 weeks only and hated every moment of it. They are not willing to trust their employees and consider them slaves. Cameras in the office to keep an eye on everyone all the time. Very low/almost no access to internet. Leg pulling and political environment.

I worked at Netsolace full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

There is no real pros or advantages in slavery

    Cons

It has to be a very bad time span in your life and career, if you get hired at Netsolace and join this bunch of extremely non professional political people. There is nothing like planning in this company, decisions are made and changed on daily basis. The Management does not fulfill their commitments to an extend of lying to its employees. Your annual increment are so low that they don’t even compensate you for all the in human late sittings, even your legal overtime charges are more than the annual increment. You do not get any over time even if you work form continuous 18 hours a day.
Management has no credibility amongst employees, any commitments made at ground floor, gets changed as the CEO moves back to his office on 1st floor. Leg pulling, grouping is at its extreme height, shouting to an extent of abusing employees is very common day to day practice here, as this company has grown with these values and culture.
Every single day working at Netsolace grows you as a bigger looser, because you loose your peace of mind, self respect, personal and family dignity on every day basis. Every new day brings a new challenge to peace of mind, professional ethics and saving your self esteem. The only way to prosper is politics, becoming a part of the mafia and leg pulling of others. This is how most of the current incompetent people have reached in top management positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The most important don't force your current employees to write fake reviews on differnet sites to hide your reality of whats happening in your company better called as Central Jail. It will be better if you remove the incompetent people from top and hire professionals and take solid actions to rectify the current poor situation in your company, your company has the highest turnover rate in the industry.

Please Stop Micro management, start giving your employees the respect, they are human beings not your slaves and its their efforts which has brought you here and would have not been possible without them. CEO should start fearing God rather than creating fake site for his fake appreciation

I have been working at Netsolace full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If you want to learn things quickly then Netsolace is the place to work in. As the company is growing at fast pace, if you will have couple of years of good experience in the company, you will grow exponentially.
Stability is another important factor. If you are performing even 'ok' you will never get fired specially in core development departments.
If this is not an ideal place to work in then its not bad either.

    Cons

Very strict in policies but the nature of business and the client location demands these restrictions. Mostly the restrictions were introduced due to the loop holes Netsolace employees created theirselves. If you will abuse the facility, it will be taken away from you and thats the global rule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top management should seriously think about retaining employees by introducing long term benefits.
