Pros
At a point in time we were doing good work and there was lot of motivation combined with professional and career growth.
Cons
There has been a decline in working ethos in certain areas with too much subjectivity
Advice to Senior Management
The company should grow and there should be growth for the employees not only for the top management to fill their coffers
