    Pros

The company provides many opportunities for staff to further their education - including tuition reimbursement, web-based training, and classroom training. Management maintains an open-door policy and is always ready to schedule time with an employee to hear their thoughts. Advancement opportunities were ample until the economic downturn, at which time very few open positions began to be available.

    Cons

Few opportunities for advancement after economic downturn.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be supportive of your staff and provide the education opportunities and positive atmosphere that made Network Solutions such an enjoyable environment.

Network Solutions is a good place to work if you are just starting your career and need to get that foot in the door. You will have the experience to put on your resume. I really enjoyed the people I worked with. There were some very talented people working there.

    Cons

Micromanaging, felt as though leadership lied to you, uptight, stressful environment, pay was terrible.
