I have been working at Neusoft

    Pros

Working with my foreign collegaues. They were all very professional and fun to work with. The Chinese management and HR was a nightmare.

    Cons

Bad management.Every call or email with questions or problems were completely ignored. The people from the HR didn't speak English and lied about our contracts. They sign you up for a year but if they screw up a project with important clients they will fire you after a month!

Good advice: don't know how to dismantle USB ports on a PC?Use a glue gun!And this brilliant solution happened in China's most leading IT company!Go figure the level of those people.
