    Pros

The people are usually good to work with.

    Cons

    Managers, supervisors are USELESS.

    Advice to Management

Be courteous to the new guys. They have names. Management never remembered anyone's names.

    Pros

Sustained me these last few years. Gained more skills and knowledge, which kept me marketable. Rigid environment kept me on top of my game and encouraged me to remain focused on career goals. Now, my new career has taken off. I started a job in January, and I've already received a promotion. In a few short months, my salary has jumped over $20,000 more!

    Cons

An environment enriched with some inept management that discouraged rather than encouraged. There were some highly skilled managers, but they lacked people skills and were intimidated by senior management. This led to demoralized employees with no incentive but to escape at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

None. I don't care anymore. Do you, and I'll continue to do me! Woo Hoo!

    Pros

Health insurance (if you're not a temp). Initially start you off with a slightly above average pay rate. Occasionally, temps are hired full time. Upper management is approachable (most often). Occasionally orders pizza for everyone. Occasionally has drawings for $10-15 gift cards. Safety is a high priority (even if it's mainly to avoid a lawsuit).

    Cons

Most lower management is severely incompetent. The company does not respect it's workers or temps (lower level employees and temps are extremely expendable. Temps also make up almost half of the workforce at any given time at the facility). In fact, the turnover rate is astronomical. Upper management promises New Breed is an excellent career to grow into, but fails to prove that. There is very little room to grow within the company. Raises typically only come to the individuals who the company can't afford to lose, who threaten to leave. During low seasons, the company weeds out workers, either by firing them, or giving them excuses to leave. Work schedules are day-by-day. You'll never know when you'll leave for the evening until your pre-shift meeting (regardless of what management says the day or days before).

The bottom line is this: the ONLY thing New Breed: Disney cares about their numbers. Employee satisfaction is nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees a break! You have creates an environment where your employees have no pride in their work. You must understand satisfied employees are productive employees!

Regularly evaluate your supervisor's performances. You will (hopefully) realize some of your supervisors are incompetent, lazy, or possibly need to be better trained in areas of their job.

    Pros

There are no pros to this site. Possibly the most childish HR and management staff I have ever been exposed to

    Cons

No Upper management. Upper Management doesn't like the truth, they will do anything they can to terminate you if you disagree with their authority. Play favorites. Want you to work like a slave and pay you like a peasant!!

    Advice to Management

Grow up! It's about the customer!! Not you and your quick career goals

    Pros

They pay well because they have no other selling points and they know it.

    Cons

Where to start! I quit this company because they are not good people to work for. They are chaotic, over demanding, mean spirited, and over all a draconian establishment. If you have any sort of talent take it elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Like they would ever read this. Louis De Joy is the most pompous person on earth.

    Pros

It's a job. You don't have to have experience.

    Cons

You will do the same thing everyday. You may not do the same thing everyday. The pay will never change unless you become a superior. You may work one day then part of the next day. You will have to come in 7 days a week sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Social skills training. All workers including supervisors should be required to English. Fluently.
