ProsOne of the best reasons to work at New Brunswick Scientific is the small-company environment in a well-established and organized business.

ConsOne of the major downsides of working at New Brunswick Scientific, at least before the facility relocated out of NJ, was that there was little recognition or reward for working extra hard.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide better incentives for employees to work above and beyond what they are required to do, or at least reward those who do.
