Details
Pros
The environment is very pleasant. The parking is free with a large lot. The management is approachable. The item we sell is terrific and easy to sell.
Cons
There honestly is nothing I can think of that is on the negative side. I really do enjoy working there. Maybe the only thing would be a high turnover rate among execs.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop the high turnover rate. It is difficult to keep changing your focus and the way of doing things when you are the employee.
