ProsThe benefits are great, as is the casual work environment. They are very open to new and creative ideas, and allow you to work on projects that you are passionate about. Although they do not pay a lot, they make up for with generous amounts of vacation time.

ConsThey salaries are low, but probably comparable to other similar non-profits. There is not much room for promotions, and they give very small raises that are not based upon performance. As a result there is a pretty high turnover rate among managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate more opportunities for advancement.

ProsFriendly folks, the opportunity to do good.

ConsJob becomes stagnant after a few months.
