    Pros

The employees are generally very helpful and hardworking. If anything, they get taken advantage of by the higher administration. Because of this, you bond easily with your peers, whether admin or faculty.

    Cons

They grossly underpay their staff while expecting them to work overtime without compensation (even though it states on their timesheets that they pay overtime exceeding 40 hrs a week...) They are not honest at all and students are often extremely unhappy, because their paperwork doesn't go through, refund checks disbursed late...It's a mess.

The school doesn't have proper facilities or supplies but pretend that they do. They often admit students who can barely write a paragraph or speak English, just as long as they get a check out of it. Any employee that questions them usually gets fired. If you care about what you do and the quality of the institution, this is not the place for you. The students are getting severely ripped off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The school needs new management. Nothing will change as long as the people in power stay. They don't care about ethics, just money.

    Pros

Impressive infrastructure and a very well facilitated school overall

    Cons

Some tweaks here and there, but nothing significant enough to mention

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While the operations of the college are stable and it’s performing consistently well, sometimes, I feel like the management doesn’t focus enough on additional growth of the institute

    Pros

Worked with a few nice people.

    Cons

Unprofessional, technologically behind the times, a staff member was fired at least once a month, very low salary, poor benefits package. This place is run by intimidation and fear. You are hired for a certain position and they believe that they are paying you so you should do any job they want including hours of making cold calls to prospective students. Irregular hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They wouldn't care anyway so why bother.
