    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good benefits, were good people to work with. Still keep in contact with my colleagues. Very knowledgeable people. Would like to work there again if the opportunity comes up.

    Cons

The bureaucratic working there sometimes gets in the way of completing ones job. Sometimes it seems that "higher" ups do not appreciate how hard the ones "below" them work.

    Advice to Management

To allow your employees to get the job done properly, but to not micromanage them. One of the Managers at OMH PM office keeps track of where everyone is at every minute of the day, it seems that the employees are not trusted.
