I have been working at New York Presbyterian Hospital full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good Union benefits that compensate for the low wages

    Cons

Difficult to move up out of union jobs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does not know some jobs first hand, thus they do not understand what is done and what is needed in some areas. There is a problem with under staffing, this has an impact on patient satisfaction in the whole hospital. This is about the Columbia Campus
