    Pros

Strong strategic direction and industry for growth, family atmosphere, caring management, high integrity company, high quality expectations, great benefits, great location (Lake Michigan)

    Cons

Smaller company with a open style of management and communication, so employees need to be comfortable working in an atmosphere of a smaller, family-owned business.

    Advice to Management

Continue on road to transition company to a professionally driven company. This seems to be a very good path for the company and has a positive impact all around.
