    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Now that RR Donnelley owns the company - make sure to keep the direction that Russ Reeder (the old CEO) was taking the company and the culture.

    Pros

They have a huge opportunity to lead their industry. Their customer base is a publishing industry' who's who. They are in a very dynamic industry. Working here allows employees to have an immediate impact on the customers business.

    Cons

Products architecture is unstable and causes heroic employee effort to serve customers. The constantly changing company direction has lead to incomplete execution an virtually all initiatives. Senior management is in a constant state of change. this cascades to employees as a sense of of being lost.
