Constantly changing direction with resulting chaos

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Austin, TX

ProsThey have a huge opportunity to lead their industry. Their customer base is a publishing industry' who's who. They are in a very dynamic industry. Working here allows employees to have an immediate impact on the customers business.

ConsProducts architecture is unstable and causes heroic employee effort to serve customers. The constantly changing company direction has lead to incomplete execution an virtually all initiatives. Senior management is in a constant state of change. this cascades to employees as a sense of of being lost.
