Pros
NexTag is something who can stand as best example to explain the word "CHANGE". NexTag is really changing and even have changed.
The work is highly challenging and exposure is huge. Some employees are highly passionate about what they are doing and how they do. After the new CEO Jeff Katz, we see company building and growing as one of the great places to work. Employees are no longer kept in dark & CEO is very keen in building transparency among the firm.
Working at NexTag is mutual, you deliver your 100%, NexTag will reward you for that 100%. Patience & dedication is the only key which can utterly provide you the satisfaction.
Cons
Management sometimes directly makes some decisions without thinking from the basic employee perspective. Other than that Working in a highly competitive field means that you have to be on your toes all the time to stay ahead. So take this as Con or Pros
Advice to Senior Management
Management seriously needs to work on employee satisfaction.
Pros
- A great place to learn and have a hands on experience.but only after demanding in.
- Good hikes / pay scales
1] You do something extra.managers says "Every one works ...do some magic"
2] If manager is god father.
3] If you are giving out 12+ hrs. [You may facebook in the extra time but should be sitting staring at the CRT]
Cons
- The shift timings are managed by not providing the cabs on time,already a half an hour have been added in to daily shift by the wrong culture going on,making the shift minimum of 9.30 hrs against the original documented of 9 hrs.
- High degree of expectations and missing that have to face remakrs.
- No proper mgmt skills with managers.
- All work and no enjoy.
- Not even News papers come in, as reading them leads to wastes of time.
Advice to Senior Management
please try to believe you employees.
Pros
Compensation, knowledge gain, rewards in terms of stocks etc., business knowledge, basics of how an application works and an overall growth in personality to become a entrepreneur are all for which you should join NexTag.
Cons
Very meanful management, always harsh on you.
