Pros – Flexible work hours

Cons – Poor communication from upper management.
Poor communication about work performance.
Unprofessional way of letting long term employees go.
Inadequate guidance from management.

Advice to Senior Management – My advice would be to ensure adequate communication takes place between IT groups confirming what the 1,2 and 5 year strategic plan is before approving projects.
Far to much money is wasted on projects that are prematurely cancelled after a significant amount of money is already spent.

Pros – Flexible work schedule, good money

Cons – Too many Chiefs, not enuff Indians, Unethical Managements, Low Employee Moral, No where to move up in company, wouldn't recommend.

Advice to Senior Management – Reorganization of management who practices what is preached

Pros – Compensation is good and everything else sucks.

Cons – No respect for human rights and freedoms. They will kick you out regardless of performance because of political games and greediness of people who are there for long time. They would ignore abuse toward other people. Even good compensation is not worth amount of frustration you have to go through.

I'm very glad I'm out from there !!!

Advice to Senior Management – Respect for basic human rights. Shame on this company and it's management.
