    Cons

little to no monetary raises as healthcare costs kept rising; stagnant setting; backwards operations; no upward mobility.

    Pros

Opportunity to learn about and experience manufacturing process of Data Storage systems, Moderate infrastructure investment. Many decent and hard working people that care about the Product and Quality.

    Cons

Low Pay, No written SOP, Micro-manager, Excessive and Prolonged work hours during the entire end of each Quarter. Not a good Work-life Balance. Employee nepotism and favoritism, Very click-ish groups, Ongoing upper management and employee, Temp Hire Transitions. Learning Job is all OJT

    Advice to Management

Stop showing Favoritism, Pay fair wages for the Level of work being done. Mentor Employees, Provide consistent training and consistent communication.

I have been working at Nexsan Technologies full-time

    Pros

Products are rock solid Competitive pay Company bends over backwards to support customers Good technology Company has integrity

    Cons

Benefits provider (health) lacks choices Very little vacation time or company holidays and taking your time seems frowned upon Most employees work very very long hours because company is short staffed Very little process, company is run by email and excel Company work ethic is very different in UK than US. One or two employees in very key areas Company thinks too short term

    Advice to Management

In order to grow to the next level you will need to hire more employees because your current ones are all risking burn out. Storage technology is very competitive and company needs to invest in more talent to compete with the big boys. Think bigger, the conservatism in growth is holding the company back at a key time.

    Pros

This is an energetic and exciting company to work for. It has a real customer first attitude and a good ethical base.

    Pros

High visibility. Good work/life balance if you don't care about promotions. Chances for professional growth

    Cons

Compensation below industry average. Lack of established procedures to allow for product quality. Cronyism . Extra hours are not being compensated. The amount of hours worked are extremely more important that the actual work.

    Advice to Management

Review the promotion process to make it about skills and results, instead of personal preference.
