- Good friendly people working together

- Pricing model for office locations needs to be revised
- Poor pay compared to other agencies
- No communication between upper management to all employees

Open the communication channels, offer better pay incentives or people will start walking

The people working there are great. The office is quite nice.

Cons

There is usually a big change over - people leave the company after working there for a short while...and half the people there aren't happy about working there. The pay is very bad. You are expected to work long hours without compensation. my supervisor is a workaholic, but he shouldn't expect his staff to work like he does.
note also that when i worked there the company was under a different name.

To treat their staff better (in terms of compensation).
