    Pros

    Next Digital is a rapidly expanding digital agency that gets how you need to have a blend of creative ideas, effective marketing tactics and technological innovation to stay ahead.

    Cons

    Work hours are long (not forced, it just naturally happens).

    Pros

    They provides good opportunities for people to grow skills and responsibilities who want to take them, and allow you to advance your skills and move up the chain within the company. Generally a relaxed office environment and they are reasonably flexible for employee times.

    Cons

    Salaries are generally not great, and you do have to work hard to prove yourself. But how else would you prove yourself without working hard? As it is an agency there will be long days.

    The hours and working conditions offer great flexibility.

    Pros

    - The largest (if not the largest) digital marketing and solutions agencies in Australia - Good friendly people working together

    Cons

    - Pricing model for office locations needs to be revised - Poor pay compared to other agencies - No communication between upper management to all employees

    Advice to Management

    Open the communication channels, offer better pay incentives or people will start walking

    Provide quite a lot of flexibility to employee to do everything in their way

    There is little chance to get training in this company.

    Pay more attention to the developement of employee, otherwise, they will leave

    Pros

    The people working there are great. The office is quite nice.

    Cons

    There is usually a big change over - people leave the company after working there for a short while...and half the people there aren't happy about working there. The pay is very bad. You are expected to work long hours without compensation. my supervisor is a workaholic, but he shouldn't expect his staff to work like he does. note also that when i worked there the company was under a different name.

    Advice to Management

    To treat their staff better (in terms of compensation).
