    Pros

    Small company, informal atmosphere, latest technology, engagements with big OEMs that used the technology in different ways and provided lot more use-cases than the original design

    Cons

    Faced attrition of good people to big partner companies, ran out of funds, could not convert opportunities to exit profitably

    Good people, exciting marketing changing technology ... that didn't grab hold.

    Bad sales planning, unable to generate enough business to sustain itself.

    Great benefits, flexible hours, fully stocked kitchen (including lunches!).

    Cons

    Lots of travel. Company expanded sales globally before they were ready. Technical issues with product which caused customer credibility.
