“You will HATE working for the revolving door that is NextMedia Group”
Former Employee – worked at NextMedia Group, Inc.
Pros – There are no "Best Reasons" to work for this company. The "boys" who took over the company a few years ago are EXTREMELY Cheap.
Cons – Too numerous to mention......No opportunities for advancement. CHEAP Pay. They look for ANY way to cut corners. Several years ago they laid off the majority of their live on air radio dj's in their radio division in order to run canned programming to save money. Their sales departments are like revolving doors. You barely learn a new salespersons name before they go POOF.
Advice to Senior Management – None
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
