Pros – I have had many issues so nothing to say great about nextgentechinc

Cons – They keep saying lies.
I had very bad experience working with them. I had to keep calling them to pay the salaries, they don't pay your salary unless you call minimum 10 times for each pay period. They will say the project duration is long term, but you might be even replacing some one who went for 3 weeks vacation. They will not pay the salary that agreed initially.

Advice to Senior Management – Please run this store as company. don't run as gas station store.

Cons – Very less compensation and not very pro-active in finding client

Pros – flexibility of work and decisions making, independent role, great environment, good team spirit, awesome process and place to work, thanks

Cons – have clients only in bayarea, need to have more spread throughout USA, more focused in USA, should have spend more time on india operation

Advice to Senior Management – keep up the good work, dont give free rides/ work to your client, partners and resources, over friendly with staff some time causes diminishing of proffessional work diffrences

Cons – no benefits or vacation. and even pay rate is low.

Cons – Horrible people (acct managers, recruiters, CEO)
Will dual submit you without permission
lowball pay rates
argue with anyone, everyone
will say anything to get your business - making promises they are unable to keep
will never hear back from these people if rejected
unethical and unprofessional!
